One of the best things about having your own domain and server is the ability to set up custom email addresses that contain your domain name.
I always recommend that businesses and professionals who have their own website use custom email addresses on their business cards and marketing materials rather than personal Gmail, Hotmail, or ISP email addresses because it really helps to brand your site in the minds of your clients and it reflects a much more polished image overall. You@YourDomain.com is so much more professional than You1234@hotmail.com
To set up custom email addresses, you will use the Mail: Forwarders feature in cPanel. This will let you set up one or more custom addresses that can each be forwarded to an existing email account, such as a Gmail, Hotmail, or ISP account where you normally receive your email.
Here’s the video on how to do that in under two minutes.
